Lazard

In 2010 we were delighted to announce that Barts and The London Charity was chosen as Lazard’s new Charity of the Year. Staff at the London headquarters of the financial advisory and asset management firm will be working with us to raise much-needed funds for the Charity, particularly focussing on the needs of The Children’s Hospital based at The Royal London.

The Lazard team have already raised significant amounts, funding a life-changing Vest for a cystic fibrosis sufferer, and a snoezelen wagon which brings multi-sensory equipment to the bedside of severely disabled children. (pictures/article on current site)

A spokesperson for Barts and The London Charity said: "We are delighted that Lazard has chosen us to be their charity of the year, and look forward to working closely with them to help our worthy projects. Funding is vital to support the invaluable research into new therapies and treatments and cutting-edge equipment - and importantly, 100% of every single donation goes directly to the donor's chosen cause".
