Where can I get an application form?
Just click here to download the form as a PDF and send it back to us. The address is at the top of the form. Please make sure it is countersigned by your head of department/personnel officer before being submitted to the Estate Office. If you are a new employee working for an NHS Trust you will need to provide a copy of your offer letter when submitting your request form.
How much will it cost?
The rentals range from £425.00 to £1,260.00 per calendar month subject to annual review. The cost of all single accommodation is inclusive of electricity, gas and water rates. However, this does not include council tax. Upon moving in you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of one month’s rent in advance, along with a non refundable charge of £30 for deposit insurance.
How are the flats furnished?
All of our flats are fully furnished, including cooker and fridge, however you will need to supply your own basic electrical appliances such as toaster, kettle vacuum cleaner etc.

BT telephone points are located in all of our properties. Tenants are responsible for the connection and usage charges.
Coin operated laundry facilities are available in all of our single accommodation blocks.
The Charity’s properties do not have car parking facilities.
What is the minimum rental period?
All of our accommodation is offered for a minimum six month contract after which it is renewed on a month by month basis until either side gives the relevant notice.
