City Indoor Rowing Championship

Are you the fastest team in the City of London? Or a keen rower ready for a once in a life time challenge?

On the 25th of April 2012, The Lord Mayor's Appeal will be holding The City Indoor Rowing Championship with state-of-the-art indoor rowing machines used by the GB Olympic Rowing teams in the iconic surroundings of The Guildhall. Furthermore the event will be hosted by Olympic rowing medallist Chris Baillieu.

In teams of 5 competing in relays, with four categories of Elite, Men, Women and Mixed, there will be a race suitable for everyone.  

Chris Baillieu will be joined by a whole host of sporting personalities who will present awards and prizes to the winning teams.

Tickets will be available for spectators to join their teams and cheer them on to victory. With drinks and food included in the ticket price this evening will combine the perfect night out with great competitive entertainment. Once the rowing has finished the teams can join their friends to celebrate their efforts.
